Have an Epson Workforce 600, network connected straight to access point. Fax & Print does not see the printer. Two other pc's in the home see it and print to it all day long. I did get it to see a networked printer in my office but all it does it print numerous blank pages, some with symbols. I think it is printing Klingon. Do not buy this app! The fax center shows my faxes were sent successfully but they were never received. And today I was contacted by a sender from my office that they cannot send to my number. Of my 17 page document only 13 pages were scanned. I entered the USA fax number preceded by a +1 but my fax was not sent. Customer support insists that I didn't include the "1" which I did. So far they have not acknowledge the problem of an incomplete reading of my 17 page document. Customer support is absolutely AWFUL. Save yourself the headache and frustration. I don't use the fax function, but this app works and works great to print. No problems so far, and I've been using it for a couple of months. Instead we find that we are spending more time trying to install printers then actually working. When we are working the interface appears adequate, but again we have to go through a lot of hoops to fax, print and share our work. Productivity crawls somewhat. I was told in earlier communication that the Canon protocol would be supported, but nothing yet. Do you have a timeframe when this will be in place? Also, would like to print to a Windows-based shared printer. When will this feature be available? I was told that both of the above would be in an upcoming update to the product.
