Only thing would suggest is the ability to amend a document after saving it, saved letters before and needed to add something but can't so have to re-type whole thing. I thought you guys screened all apps before submitting to the public! And no Virus' for MAC?? Is that a thing of the past? Worst app I've used. There are many reasons ratings are so low for this app as well as the free test app. Beware! The test app seemed to work but after paying $9.00 for the Pro version... 1) It would no longer print in color, 2) All jobs sent from my iPhone 5 were in A4 format causing toner to smear off the end of my standard letter paper making a mess of my expensive color laser printer. 3) Print resolution was horrible for items printed in the pro app, 4) Worst of all, it caused my (networked) printer to no longer recognize any of my three computers that were previously printing perfectly. 5) I give one gold star only because customer support replied (although unsympathetic and completely unhelpful). 6) I deleted the app after it crashed my network and printer. ### 1/5 — No good *2012-07-08, version 3.2* Not working with brother wireless printer ### 1/5 — Fffffffff *2012-02-04, version 3.2* Does not work... These apps on the app store leave a bad taste in your mouth, and what it tastes like you wouldn't put in your mouth. BEWARE *2011-09-06* After purchasing 40 fax package-had to send important documents to NY State Gov-and after them only sending 1 fax with 2 pages-I got a message saying that I had NO MORE CREDITS!! Then after sending customer care a strongly worded email-I then get a message saying that because the docs were large file-they had to charge me more! BS!! ANY place where u can send a fax-they charge you by the number of pages you send-NOT their size! I tried several times to purchase more unites and I keep getting an error code. I have asked customer service several times and all they say is "check your iTunes account". Check it for what? Therefore my five stars only apply to the fax functionality. As an app developer myself I hate mean reviewers, so he gets the benefit of the doubt. In the past I've found it hard to find an electronic fax services that didn't charge an ongoing subscription fee and thats really expensive when I only need to send a fax occasionally. This app is very inexpensive if you occasionally want to fax documents when on the move. I wish it was an iPad universal app as well. I wonder if the developer shouldn't have just created a fax only version.
