Kept failing to send after I had to pay. Not free and not worth it

The fax went through fine. It’s great in that sense. But I cannot find where to cancel membership and the contact us button doesn’t work. Because of that, I got charged another week.

Update to one star because when it was received, every single page was blurry. It looked clear on my end.
