I have had only one experience with TurboFax. I scanned a 5-page document using TurboScan. That app connects to TurboFax. The fax went through just fine, that is, all scanned pages were received, but the fax addressee said that the quality of output at their end was such that some pages or parts of them were illegible. Granted, some of the print was small, but it was still reasonably legible in the scanned copy from which the transmission was made. ### 1/5 — Using for years *2025-01-14, version 1.2.9* I have not had a problem and have used this app for years. I have paid my fees and within in the last couple of years the app will scan the document but I cannot email a pdf or fax it AT ALL! I verified I had the correct fax number and the app says the fax was delivered. It makes it appear as though the initial fax was not sent (although never explicitly says so). After you tap send fax again, you see the screen where two same faxes are being sent. Why resort to cheap tactics such as this? Only problem is the faxes are way too expensive, considering that I'm using my phone, my network, my phone plan! I think they should come up with a better pricing scheme that's way cheaper, or make a pro version and have one price to include unlimited faxes. Faxing is almost obsolete so the very rare occasion that you want to use it, doesn't justify the cost. Also like someone previously stated a good option would be to have a cover page. I know that you can just add that page to a scan, but maybe have a generic cover page that is editable. **Developer response:** Hello!
