Now I cannot find my FAXes. I opened on my iPad and it is there. Once in app there were only three expensive options, none of them for short term use (one week, 1 month etc as advertised). It advised me to wait 5 mins and resend. I waited 10 mins only for the “send” button to not even work. I tried to report the issue in the app but the name field is inactive and won’t let me send it in without the name filled out. The AI chat doesn’t work either. It says can’t connect. Sent an email. I have canceled the subscription and yet the program will not let go of my system. It keeps asking for payment and will not let me update any other apps because it wants to het paid.
