I have received one fax. BUT it won’t allow me to type my name in. I want to report that as a problem, but I can’t report a problem without putting in my name. I can’t send a message to ask for help without putting in my name my name. I’m stuck in a loop here. If anyone from the APP reads this, please help. Now I cannot find my FAXes. I opened on my iPad and it is there. It doesn’t make sense. ### 1/5 — Does not have plans listed *2025-05-12, version 4.1.0* Downloaded app to use for one month as advertised on app description. Once in app there were only three expensive options, none of them for short term use (one week, 1 month etc as advertised). Waste of time and false information ### 1/5 — First Few Attempts weren’t successful *2025-04-30, version 4.1.0* Some reviews claim that this is a great app. I got as far as scanning my documents and sending to recipient but it failed immediately. It advised me to wait 5 mins and resend. I waited 10 mins only for the “send” button to not even work. Why do developers come up with these apps and they’re garbage. ### 1/5 — Scam!!!!!! *2025-04-02, version 4.1.0* I can’t send anything to any fax numbers. I tried to report the issue in the app but the name field is inactive and won’t let me send it in without the name filled out. The AI chat doesn’t work either. It says can’t connect. Sent an email. No response. At this point this is a well thought out scam. Nothing more. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2024-10-23, version 3.6.3* I am very disappointed with this program. I have canceled the subscription and yet the program will not let go of my system. It keeps asking for payment and will not let me update any other apps because it wants to het paid. How can I make this app let go of me? ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-10-11, version 3.6.3* I could not even make one fax; the call dropped, according to faxity. Once you you purchase the App ( it says $2.99), but the real cost is a minimum of $9.99. Very misleading and not so great. ### 1/5 — Waste of money! *2024-09-04, version 3.6.3* Horrible app! Throws errors everytime! ### 1/5 — Faxes do not get received *2024-08-08, version 3.6.3* Free or not a product should do what it promises and what it’s namesake suggests. ### 1/5 — They charged me and did not forward my fax *2024-04-04, version 3.3.0* I took the plan where I can send up to 50 faxes. My fax was 34 pages long and yet they showed me the error that I cannot send that much quantity. Totally a waste of my money. I hope they get their karma totally ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Free *2026-08-29, version 5.5.0* This Fax App is Legit and it faxed my documents successfully. I am very happy🙌 ### 5/5 — It actually works! *2026-08-19, version 5.4.1* After almost getting ripped off by a few apps I found this one and I watched the ads and it sent my faxes.
