I have submitted everything that’s been requested, sent chat messages several times, called several times to explain the situation, sent emails, re-explained, and continue to go in circles. I’m asked for the same materials and supplemental items over and over again, told it’s resubmitted, only get emails shortly after requesting what’s already been verified and confirmed over the phone. This very much feels like a never ending process. And a scam. Find another company to spend your funds with. This one is not helpful or customer focused.
