Пользовалась услугами непродолжительное время, была оформлена подписка,  качество впн было не всегда стабильное в связи с этим стала пользоваться другим сервисом. Спустя пять месяцев списали оплату за ежемесячную подписку (подписку через бота я действительно не прекратила, забыла о ней, странен факт того, что за это время попытки списания до этого момента не происходило) обратилась в поддержку сразу же, оформить списанных средств наотрез отказались. Это окончательно испортило все впечатление об этом сервисе, к ним точно больше не вернусь
