## What is FB?

The app is used in conjunction with smart wearable devices,
The APP enables data, sleep, exercise and all kinds of health data. When connected to the APP via Bluetooth, the smart device can accept calls, texts, app notifications, sitting, drinking alerts, app notifications and women's health mode.
