If I hit the back arrow, it takes me all the way back instead of the previous page. Very limited. ### 1/5 — Worst thing ever! *2022-12-24, version 22.11.01* It used to be ok, but now it doesn’t let you upload receipts so of course your claim is denied….. just crap! ### 2/5 — Disappointing and Frustrating!!! *2013-10-18* I was excited to find this app. My employer changed from Wage Works ( very user Friendly) to Flexible Benefits Administrators this year and the Wage Works App made record keeping easy. I submitted digital copies of my receipts using this (Flexible Benefits ) app, but the staff claim that they can't see them. I can see them using multiple devices and Web Browsers, so I know they are stored in their system but the employees say they can't find them. I'm not sure if my frustration should be directed at the app or at the company itself but some thing is not working. ### 3/5 — Upload receipt function doesn’t work *2023-01-15, version 22.11.02* Overall a decent app, but nothing happens when I select a file to upload to a transaction. ### 3/5 — Unable to Determine Account Expense is Submitted Against *2022-05-20, version 22.03.00* Most features work on this app, however, when you have for multiple accounts from different years of the same type it’s unclear which account is being used when submitting an expense for reimbursement. I would expect the account for the current year to be the default. That doesn’t appear to be the case; my submissions were allocated against a previous year account that did not have any remaining balance. Appears you are only given the option to select between account types when submitting an expense and not between different accounts of the same type. ### 3/5 — Not bad, but needs improvement *2019-03-07, version 8.1* App is not bad, but the developer really needs to optimize the UI for the iPhone X and up. The menu icon in the upper right corner doesn’t always register because it’s squeezed in under the battery indicator. My second gripe is as soon as you swipe out of the app, it will sign you out immediately. If I’m midway through a transaction, I often will swipe out to use my camera app to take a picture, crop, and highlight/markup an invoice and when I return I have to re-enter all of the information for the claim I was entering again. ### 3/5 — Could be perfect *2013-06-25, version 2.0* I like the APP overall - it's easy to use (other than it won't "remember" a mobile device apparently). But with FSA, HRA, HSA...it is hard to keep track and know which I’m spending from (and which I can carryover to use later for retirement health). A short blurb on the app might help. Otherwise, great tool...very handy! ### 4/5 — Surprisingly Helpful *2020-05-18, version 12.0* I downloaded this app because my HR specialist mentioned it existed. I didn’t use it much and subsequently forgot about it. I rediscovered it when open enrollment came around and I found myself in the age of COVID-19. This app has proven itself really useful. I didn’t realize how much information was available to me. One of the best features I find is that it’s Finger ID compatible and the developer implemented the feature. The integration with my FSA account is well implemented. This has proven to be a joy as it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone at my Plans Administrators office. So glad I listened to my HR Specialist advice. My personal opinion is that the UI could use more color.
