Idk what yall did but recently for a while now there’s an error where none of my accounts current balance or past transactions load. My app is stuck on my statements from a week ago and hasn’t updated any transactions since then. It literally says “Available 1 week ago” on all my shares. Even the browser website doesn’t let me log in. Fix it

I regret ever having this bank as soon as I can I’m changing banks they are too difficult too many restrictions on debit cards always locking them down. Declining purchases at places that you always use.

I like the setup of the old app better it was much easier and clear then the new one . Just change the design doesn’t make it a real update add more features like being able to deposit check off photo or cash back due to lack of ATM you have in the Permian Basin

We should be allowed to deposit a bigger balance using the mobile app. Most financial institutions allow up to $3,000 mobile deposits.

I have had much trouble with depositing checks via the app.  It keeps rejecting my checks, and I think this feature needs a little work.

Your online banking is easier to understand and the transactions are easier to track because most times you can tell who they went to instead of our other credit union where you have no idea where some went to.
