Great app. Offers a challenging program that is easy to use and follow. Helped me increase my totals across the board. I would recommend the app to anyone looking to increase their scores for any type of police physical fitness test.

### 5/5 — Great workout IT works.

*2014-12-12*

This program helped me get back in shape for a new police officer job. By following this program i was able to surpass my goals and the necessary cooper standards test being given. I highly recommend this application for anyone who wants a job as a LE employee. I have continued to do the program because it is also a great workout! Thank You.

### 5/5 — Amazing app!

*2014-02-05*

This is an excellent fitness app for any Police officer or someone looking to get fit. I am a police officer and I was wanting to improve my fitness and got tired with the gym. So far I have only done 3 days off this app and I feel so good after every workout. The workouts are structured and clear. I also have Stew's navy seal fitness book which is also a great reference! Thanks very much Stew! Maybe a similar app for the navy seal workout?!

### 5/5 — The best workout yet !

*2013-01-14*

This is the best, most efficient workout I have ever done that is much more enjoyable than the simple push-up, sit-up, run workout. It is challenging yet attainable and creates maximum results that can be seen immediately. Thanks stew for everything you do for us, and I now live by your motto : " Live to compete, not to survive!

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2013-01-03*

Finally!! Thanks so much for creating. The app does a great job of walking you through each workout and has videos to show you how if needed. This cuts down on my time spent reading my training guide during my workout. This is great motivation to keep going and stay on track with my training.

### 1/5 — Overtraining and Stress Fracture

*2023-06-30*

I am previously a NSCA certified personal trainer, and experienced overtraining, pulled hamstrings, and a “severe stress fracture” in the ‘ring finger’ toe of my right foot.

After just two weeks of trying to follow the plan, I knew it was at a starting point that most people wouldn’t be able to accomplish without negative impact. Despite pain, which I attributed to my body acclimating to the intense training, I continued to train. I even scaled back some of the workouts. I changed my 1.5 pace to the point equivalent of earning a zero instead of a one… and still I ended up with a stress fracture. Today is my first day back to be allowed to jog after 9 weeks in a boot and on a knee scooter. I’ve been in PT for 3 weeks now. That’s 12 weeks since I last was running regularly.

If you wish to have setbacks, download the app, and follow it to the ‘T’… and don’t bother emailing Stew. I tried twice and he didn’t respond.

### 2/5 — Not for beginners

*2021-11-21*

This app requires you to be very fit from the start.

If you’re like me and require a bit more beginner friendly training, this app is not for you.

### 3/5 — Beware: No Place to Start

*2021-01-30*

All 4-5 star reviews smells fishy because it is.

I’ve prepared for multiple fitness tests in my career and have a basic understanding of how fitness works—I’m in decent shape. I read the FBI guide to training for the PFT carefully, but after trying to craft a workout schedule on what they suggest, I figured I could spend ten dollars for someone to detail out a training regimen.

Mistake. The workouts provided are not sustainable and will lead to injuries if you’re not already at an incredibly high level of fitness. I don’t know who needs this. Anyone who can keep up with such a regimen will already be prepared for the test—and kudos! In that case, this app is great for maintaining that level of fitness! Hence the three stars.

But if you’re looking for something to help you build up to passing, this isn’t it. Follow the FBI’s free manual. It might take more work to create a regimen, but it is sustainable for the long term. You have a year after Phase II to complete the PFT. Don’t try to kill yourself with this program. It will lead to discouragement and injury. Progress takes time.

### 4/5 — Good app!

*2013-04-08*

This is a good app. It has a lot of information on the FBI PFT and tips to improve your score. I just started using this app and the workouts to prepare you for the FBI PFT are challenging. It is a great motivator for me!

### 4/5 — Solid Application!

*2013-03-19*

The app is very easy to use and includes good workouts. I was skeptical that I would be getting my money's worth since I own several of Stew Smith's books but I believe it is. Another selling point for me was that Stew Smith has answered questions via email for me both thoroughly and quickly. Additionally, the app has several videos and links to get you to examples and additional materials. Thee have been no glitches or the like that I have found.

If I could give the app 4.5 stars, I would. The only reason I didn't give 5 was because I still see room for improvement. One thing I wish was incorporated was a way to record the times for 300M, 1/4 mi, 1 mi, etc. and the reps for maxes on push-ups, pull ups, sit ups, etc. I currently exit out of the app and input them into my notepad. The "Start Interactive Workout" is neat, but I don't use it cause it's a waste of time. If I took the time to get my phone, push completed or next, and then proceed to the next exercise--well then I'd be resting 10-20 seconds and the majority of the exercises don't allow rest.

I hope to see some sort of stat recording in the future, but I'll still recommend it to my friends and coworkers.

### 4/5 — FBI Prep

*2013-01-30*

With the new updated version this app is awesome! This workout will prepare you for the official FBI PFT without a doubt. It now has everything you need, it was a great workout before and I LOVE the app updates with the pull-ups, run calculator and PFT test edits. This app is all you need for PFT success. Stew has delivered again with this program.

### 5/5 — App

Great app. Very useful!

### 5/5 — Great app

*2020-05-15*

This app helped me pass the FBI fit test, simple as that. All you need to do is get up early and do what this app tells you to do. I liked the progression and variety of the workouts. Also, if you’re ever in the gym and can’t think of what you want to do, turn on the app and go through the workout of your choice. Can’t go wrong.

### 5/5 — I passed on my first try thanks to this app

*2019-08-07*

This is worth the money. If you are really serious about passing the test then you need to get this app and follow the program. If you follow it to the letter and don’t slack off you WILL see results.

Before I got the app, I did my first practice test and scored a 4. I did this app’s entire program once through and when I did my second practice test I scored a 16. I then did the entire program again from the beginning and when I did my third practice test I scored a 23. I ran through several more practice tests before the real thing and consistently scored 23-24. On the actual test I scored a 23. Yay!

I’m now going through this app’s program a third time in order to keep in shape and achieve a higher score on my pre-Academy test. Definitely some of the best money I ever spent!

### 5/5 — Get it now

*2018-10-25*

This program is amazing. Anyone who is interested in a career that requires a physical fitness test needs to get this app now.

I love this app it shows how to do situp.
Thanks

### 5/5 — Good app, but needs a few tweaks

*2018-07-19*

Thank you David for a great training tool. It has lots of internal features, including videos of exercises that come in acronyms. It is nice to get the additional tips and trips for the PFT as well. Instructions are simple and the workouts are challenging.

I’ve asked the developer to include an audible alert for the countdown timers, and to create a notes area. This would make the app an all-in-one show stopper.

Do the training outlined in the program, and results will show. Also, read the disclaimer. It is not a beginner’s workout program, but there’s an area for that, called the 45 day beginner eBook. Also, if you’re time limited, I’ve found that it’s sometimes easier to split the workouts.

Sweat+Effort=Results. Get to it!

### 5/5 — Simple and effective.
