## What is FBOTrack LT?

FBOTrack LT is the all-in-one line service management app built for Fixed Base Operators. Track every fueling, ground service, and aircraft on your ramp — in real time.

FUELING & INVENTORY
• Log Jet-A and 100LL fuelings with meter readings, Prist tracking, and crew selection
• Monitor fuel truck levels with live progress bars and capacity stats
• Track fuel farm inventory, tank readings, and farm-to-truck transfers
• Full fueling history with month navigation, truck filters, and RECIRC tracking
• Fuel Orders queue — CSRs and managers stage orders ahead of time; techs in any truck claim them at fueling time with a tail-match auto-load
• Per-tank breakdowns with Exact / Top off / Split rest modes for mixed orders like "95 gal total, top off the fuze, split rest in the wings"
• Math Check — manager-only chain auditor flags meter gaps, drift, back-dated inserts, and over- or under-capacity events
• Flag trucks and farms as Partial or Out of Service to block specific workflows
• Editable tank label library with platform defaults plus your own custom labels per FBO

GROUND SERVICES
• Log GPU, LAV, potable water, de-icing, hangar parking, escort, forklift, and ICE services
• All 9 service types tracked with timestamps and tech initials
• Color-coded service badges on every aircraft card

FLEET & TENANT MANAGEMENT
• Manage fleet aircraft and tenant companies
• Track based vs. transient aircraft
• Aircraft maintenance status flagging

DASHBOARD
• Live aircraft view grouped by tail number
• Service count, gallons pumped, and GPU minutes at a glance
• Filter by fleet, tenant, or transient aircraft
• FlightAware arrivals integration
• Customizable Quick Access tiles — drag chips between rows to build your own layout (Live Flights, Schedule, Fleet, Tenants, Route Board, Fuel Orders) with per-FBO feature toggles

SCHEDULE
• Plan arrivals and departures with ETA, ETD, fuel request, and customer
• Auto-detect tenants and fleet aircraft already on the ground
• Per-FBO field customization — every column is toggleable
• Pre-fills Log Fuel from the matching schedule entry's fuel request

ROUTE BOARD
• Daily route board for fleet operations with quick-assign workflow
• Push notifications when assignments change
• Time-travel history — see what the board looked like at any past moment
• Per-FBO column customization

HISTORY & EXPORTS

TEAM MANAGEMENT
• Role-based access: Manager, CSR, and Line Service roles
• Custom roles with fine-grained permission toggles
• User approval workflow for new signups
• Employee invite codes and SSO configuration
• Shared iPads / ramp tablets — PIN-based per-tech sessions, idle auto-sign-out, and a "Still you?" prompt after every log
• Per-device tab visibility and truck/farm pinning so a tablet auto-selects the right equipment
• Schedule a user's last day at an exact date and time — auto-revokes when it elapses
• Geofence enforcement — require techs to be on-site to log, with manager-PIN override for off-site work

SECURITY
• Password policies with strength requirements
• Two-factor authentication
• Security PIN for session lock
• Login history and audit logging
• Full-close PIN lock — fully closing and reopening the app re-prompts for the security PIN

Built for the ramp. Used by line techs, CSRs, and managers at FBOs of every size.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0 — 2026-07-03

FBOTrack LT v2.0 — our biggest update yet.

DOCUMENTS & RECORDS CENTER
A complete document hub for managers and CSRs. Print blank ATA fuel-quality forms for trucks and farms, organize templates into folders (including a managers-only folder), scan and archive your filled monthly sheets, and search one combined records archive by category and year. Find it under Settings > Documents.

SCHEDULE NOW BUILDS YOUR SERVICE ORDERS
Save a schedule entry that requests work — fuel, GPU, lav, de-ice, hangar, ice and more — and FBOTrack automatically creates a matching Service Order and keeps the two in sync. Edit the entry and the order updates; cancel it and the still-pending lines cancel too. Walk-ups flow both ways, the Service Orders page gets a day picker that shares its day with the Schedule, and you can capture per-service details right on the arrival. Toggle it all per FBO in Schedule Settings.

REDESIGNED DASHBOARD
One Add button opens quick actions — remember a customer, tail or type, add a service, or log a walk-up. Route Board flights show as cards with a one-tap handoff into Log Fuel. Choose and drag-arrange your stat pills, read each plane's Arriving/Departing banner right on its card, and enjoy cleaner, uniform quick-access tiles.

LIVE FLIGHTS
Pin the tails you're expecting from today's Schedule or Route Board to the top of the board, filter the list, and load faster and steadier.

AIRCRAFT DETAIL
Tap any aircraft for a per-FBO hub: visit history and stats, a service timeline, customer contact (Call / Text / Email), pinned handling notes, and one-tap "repeat last visit."

SMARTER SCHEDULE
On-ground aircraft are handled correctly and read "On ground." Multi-day stays show only on their arrival and departure days by default, cross-day departures show the date, and a single toggle marks a departure as TBD. Services requested is now a tappable grid.

REDESIGNED FUEL TAB
Refreshed truck and farm cards with a fuel-level meter and a quick stats row, grouped by Jet-A and 100LL. Tap any tank for its full history and export it as a PDF. Now you can make the Fuel tab your own — pick a Compact or Large card size, show the fuel level as Pipes, a Bar, or a Ring gauge, and choose which stats appear on truck and farm cards (drag to reorder; Meter always shows). Your level style carries into the Log Fuel truck picker, and it's all personal to you on the device. Find it in Settings > Fuel Display.

LOG FUEL & LOG SERVICE
Route Board pre-fill offers the right fuel order for a tail on today's board and marks it fueled automatically. New "Panel set" request type targets a panel in pounds. Set an exact date and time, scan a tail number with the camera, and credit on-shift crew.

CUSTOMER ON THE FUEL TICKET
Type or edit a customer on a ticket and it prints, saves to the PDF, sticks to that tail, and auto-fills next time.

SIGN IN WITH FACE ID / TOUCH ID
Use biometrics to unlock the app, sign in, and clear the Documents PIN step. Turn it on in Settings > Security.

HOME & LOCK SCREEN WIDGETS
The full widget suite — Fuel, Route Board, Open Orders, Schedule, My Stats, Leaderboard, FBO Stats, Tenants & Fleet, Quick Actions, Log Fuel and Log Service — refreshes in the background and respects your role.

Plus a manager session-lockout timer, Excel and OneDrive sync fixes, Math Check jump-to-entry, and dozens of refinements throughout.

### 1.12 — 2026-06-06

This update adds a full set of Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, so you can see your fuel, the board, your orders, and your stats at a glance — and jump straight into logging — without opening the app.

HOME SCREEN WIDGETS
Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap the + button, search for FBOTrack, and add any of these. Most come in a few sizes, and several also work on the Lock Screen.

• Log Fuel — your fuel trucks with live levels; tap one to log a fueling straight into that truck.
• Log Service — tap a service (GPU, LAV, de-icing, and more) to open right into that form.
• Quick Actions — one-tap shortcuts to Log Fuel, Log Service, Service Orders, and the Route Board.
• Route Board — today's board at a glance: who's in, who still needs fuel, and departures. Tap a departure to start its fueling.
• My Shift Schedule — your shift for today.
• Open Orders — open service orders with what each aircraft needs; tap one to open it.
• Fuel Overview, Fleet Fuel, and Fuel Level — truck and farm fuel levels at a glance, just for checking; tap a tank to jump right to it in the app.
• Schedule — today's, and the next, arrivals and departures.
• My Stats, Team Leaderboard, and FBO Stats — your month's gallons and services, your team's leaderboard, and your FBO's totals.
• Tenants & Fleet — a quick count of your tenants and based aircraft.

The widgets refresh on their own in the background, so they stay current without you opening the app.

WIDGETS RESPECT YOUR ROLE
Widgets only offer what you're allowed to do. If your role can't log fuel, the Log Fuel widget tells you instead of dropping you into a form you can't use, and Log Service shows only the services you're permitted to log.

FOR MANAGERS: CUSTOMIZE AND LOCK WIDGETS
Go to Settings > Widgets to control widgets for your whole FBO: turn widget types on or off, and pick which details each one shows. A turned-off widget shows a "Not enabled by your FBO" message for everyone.

STATS NOW CREDIT THE WHOLE CREW
When a fueling or service has helpers attached, everyone who helped now gets credit in Stats — not just the person who logged it. Your team's totals still count each job once.

ALSO FIXED
• Face ID / Touch ID sign-in: signing out no longer immediately scans your face and logs you back in, and the sign-in screen now shows the account you used last.
• Fueling edits can no longer be saved with an ending meter lower than the starting meter.
• Schedule: you can now set a departure of today when adding an aircraft from a future day's board.

### 1.11 — 2026-05-20

Service Orders (new)
Fuel Orders is rebuilt as Service Orders. One parent order per tail covers a whole visit with one or more line items - Fueling, GPU, LAV, Potable Water, De-icing, Hangar, Escort, Forklift, ICE. Different techs can claim and finish lines in parallel. Each service has its own input card with just the fields it needs (LAV fluid picker, deicing type and gallons, hangar location and days, ICE bag count, fueling calculator with tank breakdown). Managers can mark lines done manually or delete the whole order in one button.

LAV log: Blue juice / Water only / Dump only
The LAV form starts with a 3-state picker. Dump only hides the gallons input; Water only labels it "Gallons of Water Back In." The choice is saved on the row.

GPU log: multi-tail stopwatch
The GPU log opens in Stopwatch mode (Manual times toggle still available). Run a timer per tail in parallel and Stop and log when you're done. Timers persist across app close and reboot.

History now tracks every service
A fourth Services tab pulls in every non-fuel log - GPU, LAV, escorts, potable water, de-icing, hangar, forklift, ice. A picker switches between services and the row layout reflows for each. Managers and CSRs can edit or delete from the row menu. PDF exports are tailored to each service.

Customer and tail editable on Aircraft Detail
Tap Edit on the Customer card to set or fix the company for a tail - future fuelings, services, and Service Orders will pre-fill from this. The same editor fixes typos in the tail number itself: every fueling, service, order, schedule entry, and dashboard entry under the wrong tail moves to the correct one in one shot. If the new tail already has logs, they're merged into a single combined timeline.

Fuel a Route Board card without leaving the board
Every Route Board card now has an inline Fuel button. Tap it, pick a truck, and the form pre-fills from the card with the CSR's fuel order text shown above. Submit and the card flips to a green outline with a "Fueled by JB at 1432" pill.

Open a Service Order line straight into its log form
Service Order rows now have actions like Open LAV Service or Open GPU Service. Tap it, the log opens pre-filled, save, and the line is marked Fulfilled. The reverse works too: logging a service the normal way auto-matches against any open orders on that tail.

Route Board: Hide Until Posted and yellow diff
A new Settings toggle hides the Route Board from line techs until a manager posts the day. Once posted, techs see the posted snapshot - live edits are invisible until the next re-post. Yellow outlines highlight cards with unposted changes (for managers) or cards that changed in the most recent re-post (for techs). The green Fueled outline wins over yellow.

Lock screen reliability after the iPad sleeps
Letting the iPad sleep no longer randomly signs you out. When the session refresh fails because of Doze or a network blip, the app locks to the PIN screen instead of dropping back to login.

Shared-device PIN pad: Enter key
The PIN pad now has an Enter key in the previously-empty bottom-left slot. Fixes a bug where techs with 5- or 6-digit PINs couldn't sign in.

Settings page reorganized
Five clear sections instead of eight: My Account, App Customization, Workflow Settings, Team and Access, Facility and Integrations. Crew Pick Settings is its own page now. The Dashboard updates within a second when a manager changes a setting from elsewhere.

FBOShift master switch
A new FBOShift Integration section on Settings lets a manager turn the FBOShift companion app off for their FBO.

Quality-of-life
- Number fields show a passive gray "0" placeholder you don't have to delete first.
- Swipe down anywhere on a scrollable form to dismiss the keyboard.
- The Stats leaderboard no longer counts shared-device profiles.

### 1.10 — 2026-05-04

FBOTrack LT v1.10 — What's New

UNIVERSAL SEARCH

A new search bar on the dashboard finds anything you've logged across the FBO — fuelings, ground services, route board entries, schedule events. Type a tail, customer, or any keyword; results stream in as you type. Filter by date range and event type. Tap any result to jump straight to the record.

REMEMBERED CUSTOMERS

The first time you log a service or fueling for a tail, FBOTrack remembers which customer/operator owned the trip. Next time that tail shows up, the customer auto-fills. Edit it once and the new association sticks.

FUEL ORDERS

Brand new in v1.10. CSRs (or anyone with the permission) post fuel orders ahead of time — tail, fuel type, total gallons or pounds, per-side or per-tank breakdown — and the order shows up on the line tech's dashboard ready to be claimed. Tap a pending order from Log Fuel and the truck, fuel type, planned gallons, and tank breakdown all pre-fill — the tech just confirms the actuals and saves.

Per-tank Mode toggles handle real-world fueling: Exact pumps the gallons you type, Top Off fills the tank to capacity, Split Rest shares the leftover total evenly with a live "≈ X gal" hint. The four request types (Total Lbs / Total Gal / Per Side / Top Off) are optional — pick a chip or skip the chips and describe the order with just tank rows.

When loading an order on Log Fuel: the truck picker locks to the matching fuel type (Jet-A orders hide 100LL trucks and vice versa); Top Off and Split Rest rows render as read-only chips so you don't itemize them; the Pending order alert spells out the CSR's intent ("Wings: split rest · Fuze: top off"); predicted-end no longer auto-fills the Meter End input.

Settings → Feature Toggles has a new Fueling section with a Fuel Orders master switch — turn it off and the dashboard tile, Fuel Orders entry, and Log Fuel pre-fill alert all disappear.

CUSTOMIZE YOUR FUEL TICKET

A new Settings → Fuel Ticket Customization page lets each FBO make the printed slip their own — header subtitle, address, phone, header color, accent color, footer disclaimer, thank-you message. Toggle the ticket number, Order Description, Services section, Pilot Signature line, and per-fueling notes on or off. A live preview at the top updates instantly as you tweak. The printed slip from iOS uses the same polished layout as the website's print preview, so the office and the ramp print the same thing. When a fueling fulfilled a Fuel Order, the ticket prints a plain-English description of the request under Fuel Requested.

CREW PICKER SEES WHO'S ON SHIFT

If your company uses FBOShift, the Add Crew picker on Log Fuel now lists everyone on shift at the top — tap a name to attach the helper. Crew tags follow the fueling into Math Check and History.

NEXT SHIFT CARD ON HOME

FBOShift users see a "Your next shift" card on the home screen — when you're working next, start and end times, department.

ALWAYS-ON TANK BREAKDOWN

The tank breakdown editor on Log Fuel used to show only in Per Side mode and only for aircraft with more than two tanks. Now a Tank Breakdown section is always available below Per Side, for Aux / Center / Tip / etc.

EDITABLE TANK LABEL LIBRARY

The 14 platform-default tank labels are now seeded into your library on day one and behave like any other label — rename, swipe to delete. A Restore Platform Defaults button re-adds anything you've removed.

DASHBOARD SETTINGS FOLLOWS FEATURE TOGGLES

Tiles whose feature is disabled in Feature Toggles no longer clutter Dashboard Settings. Turn off Tenants and the Tenants chip disappears; same for Route Board, Fleet, Schedule, Live Flights, Fuel Orders. Re-enable and the chip pops right back.

METER PRECISION

Truck meter values now display with full precision (up to two decimals, no trailing zeros) anywhere they appear — Meter Start, Predicted End, truck picker, refill flows.

COMPATIBILITY

iPhone and iPad, iOS 26 and up.

### 1.9 — 2026-04-24

FBOTrack LT v1.9 — What's New

SCHEDULE A USER'S LAST DAY
Managers can set a user's exact access-end date and time from Manage Users. The account keeps full access through that moment, then auto-kicks — no cron, no one to remember. Cancel any time before it elapses.

REQUIRE TECHS ON-SITE TO LOG
New Settings → Location & Geofence page. Enter your FBO's address, pick a radius (default 1 mile), flip on "Require location for fuel logs," and pick which log types enforce it. Log Fueling and Log Service (GPU, Lav, Potable, De-icing, Hangar, Escort, Forklift, Ice) are both enforceable.

Off-site techs see a "Not at the FBO" screen with a Manager Override. A manager on scene taps in their PIN and the log saves with an off-site tag and a red OFF-SITE pill in History. Under Roles & Permissions, each role has "Allow off-site fueling logs" / "Allow off-site service logs" toggles for CSRs or dispatchers working from home.

SHARED iPADS / RAMP TABLETS
Give one iPad to a fuel truck or the ramp and the whole crew can share it with every log attributed to the right person.

Set up at Settings → Manage Users → Shared Devices → Add Device. Name the device, pick a role, done — it lists separately from your staff. On the iPad, techs type their 4-digit PIN to start a session. A blue banner shows "Signed in as [name]" with a live countdown; Sign out hands the iPad back to the PIN pad.

Idle auto-sign-out runs 5 min to 4 hours, defaults to 30. The Manage Users card shows who's signed in, last activity, and minutes remaining, refreshing every 30 sec. A Force sign-out button can kick someone remotely within 30 seconds. The banner countdown turns amber under 5 min, red under 1 min.

PINs must be unique per FBO at signup; duplicate legacy PINs trigger a "Who's this?" picker on sign-in. Each device can be dialed in — hide individual tabs (Dashboard, Fuel, Log Fuel, Log Service, History, Route Board, Schedule) and pin the device to a specific truck and/or farm so Log Fuel auto-selects it and hides the others.

After every log on a shared iPad, a "Still you?" prompt pops with three buttons: Log another one / Keep going / Sign out. A countdown (10–120 sec, default 30) auto-signs-out if nobody answers. Toggleable at Settings → Shared Devices.

FULL-CLOSE PIN LOCK
If you have a security PIN set, fully closing and reopening the app now locks behind the PIN. Backgrounding and re-foregrounding still uses the normal 30-min idle timer. Device accounts are unaffected.

OUT-OF-SERVICE TRUCKS AND FARMS
Flag a fuel truck or fuel farm as Partial or Out of Service. Long-press the card on the Fuel page → "Out of Service…" Full OOS hides the equipment from all log flows; Partial lets you pick exactly which jobs are blocked (Log Fuel, Recirc, Refill for trucks; Transfer, Delivery, Recirc for farms). Cards turn red for full OOS, amber for partial, with a workaround note visible on the card.

Edge case: block Log Fuel on a truck but leave Recirc on, and the truck stays in the Log Fuel picker — picking it forces RECIRC on and locks it, so ATA quality tests still work.

ALREADY ON THE GROUND — SCHEDULE FORM
New checkbox under the Schedule form's Arrival section for tenants, Fleet, or visitors already parked when you're writing the entry. Auto-checks when the tail matches a tenant or your Fleet. These entries land in Departing on their day and sort by ETD, so a based plane leaving in 30 min ranks ahead of a visitor arriving in 4 hours.

FUEL LOG PDF EXPORT
The Fuel Log download now produces a landscape PDF with your FBO name, airport code, truck/farm, fuel type, date range, a row table, and page numbers. Farm history modals export the same way. Email, AirDrop, print, or save to Files.

LINKS OPEN THE REAL WEBSITE
Support, Privacy, Stripe re-subscribe, and a few admin links were pointing at an older domain blocked at some customer networks. They all now open fbo-logs.vercel.app.
