Difficult to use, difficult to reset password. Not user friendly. ### 1/5 — Needs a lot of work *2026-02-14* I have hated this app as long as I’ve had it. It is minimalistic and sparse looking. The login is the worst part. Clicking “remember me” doesn’t do anything. They force you to make a new password every so often. If you leave the app for just a second and come back, you often have to log back in. While I’m here, I’m going to complain about the bank itself too. Why the hell do they close at 4:30 mon-thurs? The bank next door closes at 6 every day. I will be closing my accounts when my loan is paid off. I now have to regularly put in my username and password despite having my Face ID turned on. The remember me feature is pointless because of never remembers causing the above problem. Also the new format does not allow me to see my accounts without having to hit the view all button ranther than a simple scroll. Keep saying it has trouble connecting. ### 1/5 — It’s okay but annoying. *2024-06-03* Most of the features work well, albeit a little slow and clumsy. The constant signing out of the app and having to retype in my password way too often makes it difficult to keep up with my bank account in real time. Adding the ability to continue on with a face or thumb ID helped but it eventually signs me out at the most inconvenient times when I don’t have my password handy to re-enter (which I have to write down because they still make you change the password every 6 months or so with a password you haven’t ever used before.) ### 1/5 — Horrible! *2020-11-10, version 4.6.3.770* I have tried numerous times to deposit checks from this app. I have called support who just told me to delete the app then download it again. It doesn’t work. I keep getting an error. I don’t live in the same town as the bank branch so I can’t easily deposit checks. When the app is “unavailable”, which is sometimes for weeks, I have to check my account in my browser.
