Worst credit union ever.  I’ve been dealing with consistent IT issues since October and customer service tells me there’s nothing they can do and some cannot access my account thru my laptop.  Now I download this new app, and it does not recognize my log in.  I am closing this account as soon as I can.   If I could give zero stars I would.

Every time I try to sign on, it keeps telling me that they can’t verify who I am. I have tried to re-enroll and it still won’t do it. I tried this app before it didn’t work and it’s still not working deleted the app downloaded it again and it still won’t let me sign on.

Card is constantly off line.   When trying to get online it states incorrect password. But password is correct on another try later on .
