With the official S04 app, you’re always right at the heart of everything royal blue. All the latest news, matches, and highlights – straight from the source.

Customize your personal app experience to match your interests: as part of the club family, you can tailor your home feed and discover exclusive news, advance information, and a wide range of video content from Schalke TV in the Clubhouse. You’ll also find your digital membership card there, along with a convenient service area where you can quickly and easily manage your personal data yourself.

Interactive features such as surveys, votings, and prediction games provide extra variety. As a member, you can also save content and read it later offline on your smartphone.

Even if you’re not (yet) a member, the app offers plenty of highlights: a modern design, improved navigation, and many new features make it the central digital companion for all Schalke fans. Look forward to quick access to the latest news from the Schalker Markt, story formats, a comprehensive match center with exclusive statistics, a detailed live ticker, audio reports from all competitive matches of the licensed team, as well as squad overviews of the men’s professionals, the women’s team, and the teams from the Knappenschmiede (U23 and U19).
Logged-in users also have access to their mobile home match tickets and can top up their Knappenkarte directly in the app. Information on parking around the VELTINS-Arena, carpooling options and an overview of stadium kiosks can be found in the app.

Als großer Fan von FC Schalke 04 ist die S04 App für mich einfach unverzichtbar. Sie bietet alle wichtigen Infos rund um den Verein übersichtlich und in Echtzeit. Besonders gefallen mir die schnellen Spiel-Updates, detaillierten Statistiken und die aktuellen News direkt aus dem Verein.

Das Design ist modern, intuitiv und läuft bei mir absolut stabil. Auch der Ticketbereich und exklusive Inhalte für Fans sind super integriert. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Nutzerfreundlichkeit gelegt wurde.

Für jeden Schalke-Fan ein absolutes Muss 5 Sterne und ein großes Lob an das Entwicklerteam! 💙⚒️

Ich nutze ein IPhone X mit dem neuesten IOS 16.3. Wie mir auffällt, habe ich z.B. keinen Zugang zu den neuesten Pressekonferenzen. Die neueste Pressekonferenz, die mir angezeigt wird, datiert von vor 80 Tagen. Wurde diese Rubrik eingestellt?

Die App sieht richtig gut aus und hat tolle Funktionen, wie z. B. Das Vereinsheim. Beim Ticketkauf habe ich jedoch das Problem, dass es mir bei der Sitzplatzauswahl keine Grafik anzeigt und ich somit keine Plätze auswählen kann… ich muss beim Ticketkauf somit auf meinen Laptop ausweichen.

Hallo zusammen, eigentlich bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der App. Sie lädt schnell, ist zuverlässig und bietet an Spieltagen des S04 die Tormusik bei Toren an. Doch gestern habe ich festgestellt, dass ich nicht mehr richtig Schalke TV gucken kann, bzw. es werden nur die ersten 15 sek. abgespielt, obwohl ich Mitglied bin und das Abspielen der Videos auf der Website prima klappt. Es wäre super, wenn dieser Fehler behoben werden könnte. Aber nichts desto trotz ist es immer noch eine sehr gute App. Viele Grüße

### 5/5 — Tolle Soundeffekte und alle wichtigen Werkzeuge

Damit kann man alles rund um Schalke machen. Einziger Nachteil: Die Navigation ist sehr störrisch und wenig benutzerfreundlich. Wenn man im Shop stöbern möchte, wird es schnell aufwändig. Auch Ticker und Menüwechsel funktionieren nicht reibungslos. Vor- und Zurückschalter lösen das schnell und einfach. Das vermisse ich. Auch die Passwörter speichern nicht gut.

### 1/5 — Bitte auch den IT-Kader umstrukturieren!

Hallo zusammen. Als Fan von Schalke nutze ich die App natürlich und ärgere mich eigentlich fast täglich über Unkomfortabilität. Einmal falsch gedrückt aus den Rückwärtspfeil und man ist wieder auf der Startseite. Dann funktionieren manche Features gar nicht wie beispielsweise das aktuelle Spiel. Da sehe ich immer nur einen blauen Bildschirm und muss die App komplett neu starten. Regelmäßig wird man beim Stöbern aus der gesamten App geworfen. Man muss sich ständig und damit meine ich mehrfach in der Stunde neu anmelden, weil die App sich nicht merken kann, wer man ist. Ich nutze übrigens iOS - eine gewisse Kompatibilität darf ich also erwarten. 
Mal abgesehen von dieser App ist die gesamte Serverstruktur auf Schalke eine Katastrophe, angefangen mit der Mitgliederversammlung über die Tatsache, dass ich vor drei Wochen die Tickets nicht abrufen kann und jetzt seid ihr seit zwei Tagen überfällig mit den Ticketzu- oder -absagen für das Heimspiel gegen Dresden. Und wieso genau muss man pro angefragte Auswärtskarte eine extra Kundennummer angeben? Macht das Sinn? Wenn ich vier Karten haben möchte, frage ich doch nicht erst die drei anderen Mitfahrer nach Ihrer Kundennummer oder Mitgliedsnummer. Und was ist mit den Leuten, die keines von beiden haben, weil sie lieber vor Ort kaufen? Die dürfen halt nicht zu den Auswärtsspielen oder wie? 
Macht bitte endlich was an eurer Infrastruktur! Denn die ist nicht mal zweitklassig und wir wollen doch alle wieder aufsteigen (Wortwitz wird hoffentlich verstanden). 
In der Hoffnung, dass meine Anregungen irgendjemanden interessieren, verbleibe ich mit einem dennoch wohlgesonnenten Glück auf!
