 The Augmented Reality (AR) option in the Know & Go app highlights features in the interior and exterior of your vehicle using your camera. Currently only for select 2021 and 2022 models and trim levels. More models across our iconic brands of Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Dodge, and Wagoneer vehicles sold in North America being added regularly. Check back often for more vehicles. A good recommendation would be to launch an app when it’s tested and works with the current inventory. Opened the app and attempted to scan the VIN. Wouldn’t scan the door jam or dash vin. So I entered manually which worked but inaccurately has my model year as a 2021 and not a 22. So a bit disappointed the app doesn’t even know what year the vehicle is. Even once it’s working it doesn’t tell you any of the features and details that are lesser known. I know the truck has 702hp and 35” tires that’s why I bought it. But it doesn’t show other features and settings that aren’t as obvious and would be good to know. **Developer response:** We apologize for the inconveniences you encountered.
