I know it's not my Internet because I'm writing this review. ### 1/5 — Customers *2023-08-17* Not easy!! =not happy customer! I’ll have to go to the branch and have the manager help me! Travel time= 1 hour!! ### 1/5 — Update Does Not Work *2023-06-05* This app worked reliably for me from 2021 to a month so ago, circa March 2023. Now cannot even download the new version. I have two accounts at FCCB and am also shareholder. You really need to get this fixed. There are other users having the same problem as I am! Can you please figure out why? This is the time of technology yet your app, a banking app, crashes all the time. Sometimes I can’t even put in the account number and it closes or it just sits there and loads for a long time I’ve waited 20 minutes before closing the app again. Then will let me in, then even when just a minute later I try to get back in, it says login failed. Nothing changed!!! It’s so frustrating. Can’t accomplish anything if I close out because no guarantee I can get right back in. I’ve had to call to get it reactivated multiple times too because I don’t use it enough. And there’s a reason I don’t use it, from what I’ve just described! Checks will go into a different bank because of it. More often than not, when I need to check my account, the app has “system errors” or simply will not open. App rarely works all the time and is currently not working. Now the app is useless.
