I went to a branch to receive a card, moments later when trying to set it up in the app, I got an error message. The customer service line didn’t absolutely nothing to help and made it worse of anything. The help they claimed to perform created more error messages and now I have zero access to my money. I’ve had the account less than 20 days and thinking about closing. ### 1/5 — Infinite errors when trying to add my card to this app. *2025-09-28* Just made an account not too long ago because I heard good things about this bank. I received my card, activated it through the phone service like instructed to on the card, but now can not add it in this card manager app and I’ve been attempting for hours and keep getting “an error prevented us from making changes to your account. Please try again later”… Already thinking of closing this account now, because why is this a problem already? Also, this is the first bank I’ve ever needed to download a separate app to manage my cards. Do better FCCU, this is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2025-03-05* My account is now locked due to this app. FCCU is of no help and has no idea how to resolve. ### 4/5 — Deactivates face recognition *2024-04-19* This app just turns off face recognition at random times. Very annoying. ### 1/5 — I give up *2023-10-03* My account has been used repeatedly without my authorization, and every time I call they just transfer to another department, banks don’t own lawyers, but the moment you work for a bank they own any idea you have. You can’t invent anything while under contract, but it’s a contract they can void at anytime. I know this from past experiences, I was a temp at Bank of America, they made me work the craziest work schedule. I worked for bank Wells Fargo and caught a charge that they won’t take ownership for, I was never a temp for them and somehow they keep opening account with my information. You want to know how bank make money, they take ownership over something that you never put a price on by making you sign a contract that has no legal claws. Lawyers will always cover it up because they can be bought, just like a judge. I have no family left. How much is my life worth to a bank. Nothing. I was always born to be the other option, the question that has no answer. I’m tired of this Cold War. Someone just do me a favor. Take me out. 🎤 ### 1/5 — Pointless App and Company *2023-09-12* FCCU lacks in-house resources and trained employees. I have been dealing with a VISA debit issue since August 31st 2023. They continue to deactivated my card for “suspicious” activity without contacting me to verify first. They don’t over night cards. They recommended that I go to a share branch to do withdrawals each day until the debit arrives. Meaning I have to take a risk and withdrawal cash daily (not all places accept cash). I had to escalate my issue to a SVP in order for her to instruct me on how to get my newly ordered debit to my Apple wallet. Fast forward to Sept 11, 2023 they have now deactivated my digital debit card while at dinner. I have been use the digital wallet since August 31, 2023. Their only resolution was to call back at 8AM because VISA can’t explain why FCCU has my card deactivated. ### 5/5 — Notified *2023-06-22* It tells me everything I want to know what time, how much, it's instantly. It's a wonderful way to help manage my kids. ### 1/5 — Sign Up *2023-03-24* I was almost done signing up but when i went to put in “Texas” for the state, it said please enter a valid state. I refreshed the app and tried again multiple times, and I even deleted the app and redownloaded but it still wont work.
