It’s extremely hard to use on mobile and always glitches, and Kia flat out refuses to work. But with the new update I was so happy that they fixed it. NOPE. It just launches the web app inside the application now. Somehow the made it even worse. Now it’s even more frustrating and annoying to use. I just tried to search for hotels and I had to reload the application 5 times. Still never worked and now I have to force it to open up the web app as it used to, in order to have a chance at booking something. FCM needs to get a new developer their software makes me in 2025, want to call a number and book just so that I don’t have to deal with it. ### 3/5 — Update is a huge improvement (still needs tweaks) *2025-05-28, version 2.9.0* Majority of the display issues were fixed with the latest update finally. Booking was wayyyy easier. **there is still an issue with the list display/nonresponsive scrolling when initially choosing what hotel you want. You web developers are getting very close to figuring this thing out. Please just copy what Concur does. ### 1/5 — I miss Sam *2025-05-07, version 2.8.1* The original app, Sam, was such a useful tool for traveling. Now you can't use this unless you're on a company trip. ### 1/5 — Poor App *2024-12-12, version 2.6.1* The worst app I have used to use to book travel. Can only use the web version to do what is needed ### 1/5 — Still needs work even after update *2024-12-11* Coming from previously using Concur, this app is awful. Non responsive scrolling, poor display when booking trips, not to mention it DOESNT EVEN STAY IN THE APP. It kicks you out and loads through your default browser (chrome for me), so what exactly is the point of the app I have no idea. Our previous agent had an excellent app and with the level of travel I do annually, I reply on an effective and reliable app. Unfortunately, this is not it. The app constantly logs you out. Worse, the login is painful and slow. That is if you can even login. More often than not it, The app doesn’t recognize my email. No clue why but it doesn’t Even when you get logged in. The app doesn’t give you too many details. Terrible booking tool. Really just overall bad ### 1/5 — Horrible Experience Logging In *2024-11-04, version 2.5.0* Every time I try using the FCM app, it is so cumbersome and lengthy that I wonder if it’s preferable to do literally anything else besides use this app. Does FCM want me to miss my flight because of this anti- efficient/ fast/ easy/ sensible log-in process? I honestly think so. No travel agency makes it this difficult to access info on a phone app— I wonder the # of people who have missed their flights and bookings because of this horrible user experience. I only suffer through FCM’s services (is this even called a service if it’s so hard to use?) because I have to for work. But even then, I try accessing this app as little as possible because it is just too difficult for logging in. FCM app programmers— if the goal was to stop people from wanting to use your app, A+ on a job well done. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2024-11-03, version 2.5.0* Every time you have to log in again and it takes ages! With multiple authentications required… Nonsense app! A zero would be more accurate than a single star ### 1/5 — Just bad *2024-10-22, version 2.5.0* Use single sign on and everyone I leave the app I get logged back out. It has gotten to the point where the website forces me into this app and it is not usable. Deleting and going web only until it improves. ### 1/5 — Won’t remember any login details. Even when swapping between apps *2024-10-21, version 2.5.0* The app boots you out to login simply for switching between apps (eg simply to email FCM). More than half the time I even have to retype my email address, then go through all the 2FA. A majority of the time you can’t even work inside of the app and it opens you into a browser page. Coming from Concur it’s a nightmare.
