The first box to reset your password is not there which means you aren’t allowed to reset your password for mobile banking. So every time your password needs to be reset you have to deal with their inept bank workers and hope they don’t sent the reset code to someone else’s phone.

Outdated, buggy, and frustrating.
I know it sounds petty, but it was the last straw that finally made me switch banks. (Among other reasons)
