This app is the slowest app I’ve ever downloaded! Open app? “Please wait.” Try to log in? “Please wait.” Then an error loading in where there’s more “please wait.” Another First Choice app that is useless

The app was working when I really didn’t need it. I thought it was convenient to accessing certain information. Now that I really need the app I keep getting a log in error. I changed the password, delete/reinstall to no avail.
