When looking for something specific, (opinion page) you may or may not be able to find it. Thereis no reason for this except lack of clear organization on their end. The opinion section doesn’t even appear to even be inthe notifications choices. Why not? That’s not a hard thing to add. I’ve submitted feedback twice already, not even an acknowledgement. I submitted a letter to the editor on aug 1st. Again, no acknowledgement they ever received it, let alone a status notification that they will ever print it or any reasons that they won’t. This paper clearly doesn’t care about the individual subscribers questions. Definately not worth the price. A month or two ago, I thought I had cancelled this but my cc got charged again! I haven’t seen a change to the stories this app brings up in over a week. WOW... totally useless ### 1/5 — Prefers Facebook over their own application *2020-11-22* Recently, the FDL reporter application seems like an after thought. Sometimes the articles/stories are not updated for days. If your lucky, you may receive one to two new articles for a particular day. Meanwhile, the Reporter’s Facebook account posts stories and updates numerous times each day. At this point the FDL reporter application feels redundant and irrelevant. I prefer to get my news through official applications instead of having to jump through extra hoops via Facebook. If these trends continue, I will be obligated to cancel my yearly subscription. Other local sources such as KFIZ are equally thorough and up to date while remaining free to the public. Competitors also seem to offer stories/articles through social media AND their own applications/websites equally. ### 1/5 — App will not open! *2020-09-20* 9/20/20.
