FE Connect enables onsite connectivity along with virtual collaboration and support, enhancing the way you service Franklin Electric products from your handheld device. Using intuitive setup features – as well as real-time logs and monitoring – FE Connect allows you to support any Franklin Electric product equipped with wireless connectivity. You can monitor and troubleshoot products, minimizing hands-on interaction with the drive or protection device. 

And now, FE Connect offers even more interactive support via the app’s One-to-One™ tool. This new feature allows you to easily and securely give support team members temporary access privileges via one of two modes: Handoff for real-time programming access or View Only for read-only capabilities. It’s one more way Franklin Electric is supporting professionals so you can get on to the next job faster.

Found out the hard way that this new version of the app does not support the MonodriveXLs. Now I will need to revive an old phone and hope it has the older version of FE connect.

I’m telling you, if you over think it you will mess up but it’s so hard to mess up. Easiest drive set up in the world. Scan QR, set it up with the 4 questions and boom it’s running. Took less than 5 min to get it up and running. This new ,to me, feature is outstanding. Keep it up!
