## What is Fear of Heights?

HeightEase is focused support for heights. Build a gradual safety-aware step ladder, record anxious predictions, practise voluntarily, and compare the prediction with what actually happened.

Open the 90-second grounding pause when anxiety is high. Three daily moments support morning planning, one daytime practice and an evening reflection. Courage points reward showing up, not forcing anxiety to disappear.

YOUR STARTER LADDER
1. Say the word height and notice the prediction
2. Look at a photo taken from an upper floor
3. Watch a calm viewpoint video
4. Stand well back from a closed upper-floor window

IMPORTANT SAFETY
Use only locations with solid barriers and normal public access. Never climb, lean over edges or practise alone in unsafe places.
