Excellent app for the mental side of the game
This app is a brilliant way to look at the mental side of not only your game, but your life aswell. It’s broken down into specific sections which makes understanding the information so much easier. I enjoy using the app and will always refer back to it, especially prior to a match. Would highly recommend the app to anybody, especially sportsman.
