There used to be a good English speaking person who was most helpful and would guide you in simple process. But lately it appears as they’re using a translation app that creates a chaotic. The words they use in the email replies are non related to your issue and I haven’t even heard some of the words they use. The app is not straightforward anymore. You have to guess at it and most of the time the guessing works the opposite. If they update & fix it soon, I’ll update my review. ### 1/5 — Tokens gone *2025-11-17, version 4.0.4* I withdrew my tokens from staking and then they all disappeared. I had a 4k balance but now it shows nothing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I still don’t see my DOT tokens. Warning. Not sure if it’s an app glitch or I got scammed. Every time I try to steak it takes 24 hours to get to the next era apparently and then the validators that the app chooses for me all of a sudden have an! Beside them but the fee is still charged and I have to go through the process again…….each time paying another fee. I have only lost with this app I have not received one single point of rewards from this app in four months what a joke I’ll stick with Exodus thank you very much. The only thing I wish for is if the Crypto Icons could be colored. Instead of just white logos, it would be more appealing if they could add color to the crypto, so we could see each crypto represented in its color design. I think that would add a final level of beautiful to the app. And also maybe adjust the font of the account balance Currency listed at the top, I think boxy more symmetrical fonts would be even more appealing. Also if you could adjust the decimal in the amount of cryptos owned. Instead of 125.000 Acala I can have an option for 125 or 125.00. That would make things way sleeker for me.
