This app is absolutely amazing! No more switching between 3 or 4 apps to try and track everything. This app has it all from workout plans(with tutorial videos) to tracking macros and steps literally everything you need combined into one app and all for free!

This app has been helpful because there are so many features all in one place. I can see this being the one size fits all app. The videos are really helpful because seeing it, and having the exercises explained is extremely helpful. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the app.

This app is so well thought out. There are premade workout routines you can follow, or build your own. For each exercise, there’s notes and an instructional video on form. Easy to set up - highly recommend!
