## What is Feast?

Let scripture into your daily flow without thinking about it.

Feast puts a verse where you'll actually see it — your lock screen — and quietly refreshes it through the day. When you want to sit with scripture, Scroll Mode gives you somewhere better to put your thumb.

Every verse that reaches your lock screen was reviewed to stand on its own: short enough to read at a glance, and chosen so that what you see out of context still says what it means.

FREE, WITH THE BOOK OF MORMON

• LOCK-SCREEN WIDGET — add the rectangular widget below your clock and a new verse appears on your schedule.
• HOME-SCREEN WIDGET — a full-width banner, too.
• SCROLL MODE — a scripture feed built for the way you already scroll. One verse per card, in order or shuffled, or follow a track gathered around a theme like faith, hope, or deliverance.
• LIKE, SAVE, SHARE — keep the verses that land. Saved verses become acollection you can filter to; sharing sends the verse and its reference anywhere. All of it stays on your phone — no counts, no followers, no feed of anyone else's activity.
• YOU SET THE PACE — a new verse every 1, 2, 3, 6, or 12 hours, only during the hours you choose.
• THE WHOLE BOOK — search all 6,604 verses, filter by book, theme, emotion, or speaker, and see who is speaking to whom.

FULL FEAST — ONE SUBSCRIPTION

• ALL OF SCRIPTURE — the Old and New Testaments, the Doctrine and Covenants, and the Pearl of Great Price, with the same thematic tracks and the same care given to the Book of Mormon. Every volume ships complete.
• CHOOSE WHAT YOUR WIDGET SHOWS — draw from any volume, or narrow it to the books you're studying.
• SCRIPTURE GATE — put a verse in front of the apps you open without thinking. You choose the apps, and you choose what opens them: a number of verses read, chapters finished, or minutes spent. Meet it and they stay open for the rest of the day.

Scripture Gate is friction, not a lock. It makes opening an app a decision instead of a reflex — and you can turn it off in Settings whenever you like.

COMPLETELY OFFLINE

Every verse ships inside the app. No account, no network, no ads, no tracking, nothing collected. Feast works the same in airplane mode as it does anywhere else.

Feast is a quiet companion for daily scripture study — a verse to carry with you, without opening an app.

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2026-08-07*

This is awesome! My first day using it and I can already feel a difference. It’s nice to have a little reminder every time I open my phone. Somehow it’s been just what I need every time.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-15

Scripture Gate's button now works. Tap "Open Feast" on the gate and a
notification brings you straight into your reading — iOS won't let one app
open another on its own, so the notification is the way through.

You can also choose where Feast opens: today's verse, or back where you left
off. Scroll Mode now reopens on the track you were last reading, not always
  the first one.

That middle clause explains why the app suddenly wants notification permission, which heads off the obvious question. Cut it if you'd rather not explain iOS to users.

### 1.0 — 2026-08-06

No release notes.
