## What is Feasy?

Feasy keeps every children's activity fee in one place, so nothing quietly goes unpaid.

Ballet on Tuesday, football subs each month, swimming per term, a music teacher paid half-termly — it adds up, and it never lands on the same day. Feasy turns all of it into one schedule you can actually see.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Add your children — each gets their own colour and avatar.
2. Add an activity with its fee and how often it's due: daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, termly or one-off. Weekly activities can be pinned to specific days.
3. Feasy generates 26 weeks of payment records instantly. You just mark them off.

FREE AND UNLIMITED
• Unlimited children and unlimited activities — no cap, no charge per child
• A dashboard that puts Overdue and Coming Up at the top, with count badges
• Mark payments Paid, Pending, Overdue or Skipped
• Reminders before a payment is due, and an alert when one goes overdue
• Record how you paid — card, cash, bank transfer, childcare vouchers, Tax-Free Childcare
• Search everything you've ever recorded
• Edit any payment: amount, date, notes

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
No account. No sign-up. No ads. No analytics. Every payment, child and activity is stored in a database on your device and nowhere else, and rides along in your normal iPhone backup. Feasy never asks for your bank details and has nothing to connect to.

FEASY UNLOCK — ONE PAYMENT, NO SUBSCRIPTION
Tracking is free forever. The unlock is for the paperwork built out of it:
• Payment reports — a formatted Excel spreadsheet for any date range, colour-coded by status, ready to share
• Year in review — what each year actually cost, per child and per activity, against the year before
• Tax-year totals — the same figures on the UK tax year (6 April to 5 April), for Tax-Free Childcare and employer voucher claims
• Fee history — every recorded change to a fee, so quiet price rises show up
• A monthly budget cap that warns you as you approach it
• Filter by amount range and payment method

One purchase, yours forever. No subscription, ever. Your records stay visible and editable for free whether you unlock or not.

WHO IT'S FOR
Parents juggling several children across several clubs. Anyone who's been caught out by a term's fees they'd forgotten, or realised they'd been paying an increased rate for months without noticing.
