Feather and Fur Animal Hospital is one of the few employee-owned animal hospitals in the country. Upon their retirement in 2013, Drs. Mark Caspers and Elaine Allwine sold their share of the hospital to their employees through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan).
