I've long since thought auditory processing tests were very time consuming and were quite boring for the kids I was trying to test. This app does in 30 minutes what would take me 2 hours to do in clinic. The analysis is also very speedy and takes the effort out of lots of time-consuming paperwork. This will be great for testing many more children with suspected APD than I would normally as its not near the time investment for myself (an audiologist) or the financial investment for the parents. Clearly this isn't a stand alone tool and I would reinforce the findings it reports with some other APD assessments for a diagnosis of (C)APD, but really helps identify strong or weak areas quickly.
