It has every movie/tv show you could need and allows you to download it. However, I don’t really like how once you finish an episode it just goes away and the only way you can find it is by going to the “Watch Again” section. This one error made me forget about 2-3 shows that I loved, not a big thing at all but it’s definitely inconvenient. The files I uploaded are being held hostages due to the excess storage I am using. I have close to 300Gb uploaded. But wait “Why don’t you download the files so you can erase them from their servers?” Some of you might ask. I tried download some files and my download speeds were kbps. Super slow speeds. And this is on a wired connection. I opened a ticket to them and depending on their response I will adjust this review accordingly. And after EVERY file, it jumps me back to the beginning of the list so I have to scroll all the way back to where I was!!!I’ve had this app for over 4 years, and it STILL won’t allow me to select more than one file at a time, and does not integrate with the Files app… I would like to select multiple files, open a share sheet, and be given the option to save those files to the Files app, but even though the description touts it’s “advanced sharing capabilities”, this basic functionality is nowhere to be seen… I remember that there was a period when we couldn’t access the service and got a “504 (or 502)” error, and I like the idea of having offline copies of my important files - but no… I don’t really have any other complaints, but this one is MAJOR! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No 1 TB you only get 100GB *2026-07-19, version 12.2* WHEN I FIRST GOT THE APP IT WAS 1TB I EVEN PAY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP AND SINCE I UPDATED THE APP IT CHANGE TO ONLY 100GB EVEN THOUGH I STILL PAY FOR MEMBERSHIP AND ICLOUD DOWNLOADS ONLY ALLOW YOU USE 10MB WHATS THE POINT OF EVENING HAVING THAT. It failed at its most basic task: keeping data safe. I have lost roughly 50% of my files (3,000 out of 6,000) because they simply will not download. I’ve tried the web, mobile, and desktop versions, but none of them work. To make matters worse, there is no direct customer support available to help with such a critical failure.
