App connects via Bluetooth to my budget Yosuda magnetic rower. Staring with the introduction workout series I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the instruction on form and pace, and how the app showed my live stats directly from the rower. Impressive and motivating!

Great for beginners. I love having the Bluetooth setup and using the various workouts it provides. You can also do your own thing while it still tracks your progress. Anyways, super cool! It’s very sturdy and the seat moves smoothly.

When I’m in the app, I tried to use free mode but the app wouldn’t function. I was able to connect my bike to the app. But when I start free mode, it wouldn’t function stop recording progress after 5 seconds and it would just stop there.
