### 4/5 — Review

*2026-03-18, version 1.17.0*

Honestly didn’t know rowing was fun till I got the machine and started using this app

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-01-20, version 1.17.0*

Great app easy to use

### 5/5 — Nebraska gravel bike rider

*2026-01-14, version 1.16.0*

More than I expected ~ glad I bought. Trainers on app will make you sweat

### 3/5 — Meh

*2026-01-11, version 1.16.0*

I can never get the info to sync with my health app, or always trouble connecting to the blue tooth

### 3/5 — App is not great

*2026-01-10*

The app is much better than the totally unreadable LCD display that comes with the bike. But, beyond just looking at your immediate stats (rpm etc), it’s kind of useless.

The app loses info about previous days’ usage - it says I didn’t do anything on this or that day, when I know I did. This would be a big deal if I could find any way to look at what it recorded on previous days (all I can see is an icon saying I did _something_.).

The text is far too small on the bike performance screen.

Also, there are too many unnecessary “Got it!” pop up windows.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the detailed feedback — we really appreciate you taking the time to share this.

Regarding the workout history:
In some cases, if a workout isn’t explicitly ended (for example, the app is closed without tapping “End Workout”), the session may not be saved as a completed workout.

You can view your full workout history by tapping “Activity” in the bottom navigation, where all completed sessions and detailed records are stored. We realize this isn’t obvious enough and should be made clearer in the UI.

We also agree with your other points:
1.The text size on the bike performance screen is too small and needs better readability
2.There are too many “Got it!” pop-ups, which interrupt the experience

These are UX issues on our side, and we’re actively optimizing data saving behavior, history visibility, and overall usability. Thanks again — this kind of feedback directly helps us improve the product.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Cannot setup

*2026-05-18*

I wasn’t even able to get into the app, tried multiple different ways to setup an account using Apple or Gmail but both kept telling me to enter a valid email. I checked and had entered my emails correctly but still no luck

### 1/5 — App not working

*2026-04-19*

When I’m in the app, I tried to use free mode but the app wouldn’t function. I was able to connect my bike to the app. But when I start free mode, it wouldn’t function stop recording progress after 5 seconds and it would just stop there.

### 1/5 — Stop asking for a 5 star rating

*2026-04-02, version 1.17.0*

You’re just begging and it’s sad

### 1/5 — Email issue

*2026-03-29, version 1.17.0*

Won't even let me sign up with my email

### 1/5 — App Does Nothing

*2026-03-24, version 1.17.0*

Useless app just wasted space on my phone. Also the stupid QR code sticker on my machine won’t come off all the way so it looks terrible and serves to reflect the brand.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work

*2026-01-20*

After sitting here for a good portion of this morning trying to figure out how to enter in my birth date, I am giving up. I have individually selected each portion (month, day, year) and it will not let me click to the next screen. I read some reviews and this is apparently an issue that was being “fixed” in July and as of January it still has the same issue.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2025-12-13, version 1.16.0*

Worthless. How do I view weekly or monthly mileage? No clue.

### 1/5 — No Apple Watch Connection

*2025-08-07, version 1.12.0*

This app is advertised by Yosuda to use with their fitness products so I’m guessing they’re behind it. I have no idea why anyone would make an iOS fitness app that doesn’t connect to the Apple Watch though. App is pointless to use with a rower or stationary bike.

### 2/5 — Rower is good, app stinks

*2026-03-06*

The app seems to be designed with maximum annoyance in mind. All I want is tho be able to connect to my rower and work out, tracking the basic stats. But no. This app wants to gamify even opening the app up, do I have to click away a popup awarding me meaningless points. Open the rower? More clicking to get through to what I want. Around half the time, I also have click away a popup begging me to turn on notifications (of what??), which is just dumb.

Oh, and it never, ever fully updated with the health app. No idea why, or send most of the workout over, but not the calories (the think I most care about).

Also, if you're using the app and Bluetooth disconnects for anything reason, the rower resistance resets (twice), which is physically jarring. What kind of bad programming is that??!?

**Developer response:** We’re really sorry for the frustrating experience—that’s not what we want for our users.

We hear your concerns around too many pop-ups, the connection flow, Health app sync (especially calories), and the resistance reset when Bluetooth disconnects. These are all important issues, and our team is actively investigating and working on improvements.

In the meantime, if you’re open to it, please reach out to us through the in-app support or email so we can look into your specific case and help troubleshoot faster.

Thanks for taking the time to share such detailed feedback—it genuinely helps us improve.

### 2/5 — Annoying, disruptive

*2025-10-06*

It will keep interrupting what you do with demands for a “5 star review” (fewer stars are not allowed). So all those 5-star reviews are probably just annoyed users who just wanted to click their way back to working out, instead of dealing with the app.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Loving the restoration

*2026-07-25*

After almost 4 years of knee injuries and feeling like I lost control, I am back in the saddle. My first love is indoor cycling and now I am discovering this rowing since I am unable to walk or jog in the morning.

### 5/5 — Great workout

*2026-07-14*

Getting in the rhythm of consistently rowing. I love that it tracks everything I need to map my progress and workouts for free.

### 5/5 — Surprisingly good app.

*2026-07-13*

App connects via Bluetooth to my budget Yosuda magnetic rower. Staring with the introduction workout series I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the instruction on form and pace, and how the app showed my live stats directly from the rower. Impressive and motivating!

### 5/5 — Loving this tower!

*2026-05-10*

Great for beginners. I love having the Bluetooth setup and using the various workouts it provides. You can also do your own thing while it still tracks your progress. Anyways, super cool! It’s very sturdy and the seat moves smoothly.
