Само приложение неплохое. 
Долго активировалась есим (около часа), но потом все заработало.
Был вопрос к поддержке, очень долго отвечают (на 4ый день по второй есим проблема так и не была решена).
Я так понимаю, что это скрипт работы с клиентом, когда вопрос решается долго, а потом надобность в решении отпадает, тау как клиент улетел из страны, где работала есим.
Скачал другой сервис, все взлетело моментально.

Не нужно думать что симки взлетят по щелчку пальцев - иногда приходится поколдовать вместе с поддержкой, поэтому при активации / подключении в другой стране рекомендую подключится к вафле что бы иметь связь с поддержкой. В целом все баги решались оперативно. Связь работает хорошо. Испытано в Штатах, Мексике, Турции. Рекомендую.

Классный сервис, легко и просто оформить себе есим. 
Начинает работать сразу по прилету в другую страну. Были в Китае, работали все соц сети, никаких впн не требовалось. 
Хорошая скорость интернета, хватало даже на просмотр трансляций.
