They take your money for a deposit. You don’t win the bid and then when you ask for the deposit back, they don’t return your money back. We’ve been told everything: “wire sent,” “trace requested,” “1–2 days,” and now “technical issues.” Meanwhile, the refund still shows as “Pending Approval.” Federa also repeatedly claims the funds are held in a segregated escrow account but has failed to provide proof despite multiple requests. At this point, the lack of transparency and constant delays are extremely concerning.
