I am still not able to register in the application due to server error! Why do you even roll out an application if a new user cannot register into the application!! Whereas other digital banking apps are working well and good. What’s the use of this app if it’s not working when needed? The developer team needs to check it out urgently and do the needful to rectify this. Once deleted we cannot again login to this app, it’s showing verification failed request time-out. Not able to reset PIN. Don’t understand what exactly is full KYC. Plz do conduct an through internal testing before launching any apps. Almost all the apps are either slow or not working. If you are not using any fed app for example fed book, it won’t give correct statement. Instead we have to reinstall the app. Now I stopped using that app. In case of newly launched boom box, sometimes credit comes after 2-3 days from the date transaction .
