They are NEVER sent. Will there ever be a fix? Also, the need to log in every time the app is opened is beyond annoying. ### 3/5 — Use to be good *2026-08-25, version 7.31.0* App used to use Face ID to log in automatically. Now I have to press login at the top every time I open the app to activate the Face ID login. When you try to log in, all it does is make you confirm your username that you just entered to log in with, then sends a confirmation code to your email, then wants you to change your password.... To log in, not to change your password. Then it won't even let you change your password because all that does is error out and fail. This app obviously wasn't even tested before pushing it to prod! I got transferred like three times only to be told to file they lost my package they sent it to Kentucky. It was supposed to go to California. I’m disabled & elderly and I had to actually walk next door and carry bottles of water back home because one of your drivers (hopefully new) didn’t look at the address. App seems like it was made by college students for a group project, software engineers who worked on this app should get a raise so they can make it better. I could have sworn FedEx was a big corporation but they made their app as impressive as their drivers ability to follow delivery instructions. Step it up FedEx! It’s 2026 and you can’t make an app that reflects the level of importance FedEx has to our infrastructure as a society.
