## What is FedMoves?

FedMove by Federation University is designed to help you get moving. In your chosen space, time and activity FedMove will track everything you do for a holistic approach to your health and wellness.

MY MOVEMENT: You can find your gym program, fitness classes, challenges you’ve joined and all the other activities you’ve chosen to do. 

RESULTS: Check your results and monitor your progress. Collect MOVEs and get more and more active every day. 

Enjoy the best experience using Technogym equipment using FedMove to connect to the equipment with Bluetooth or QR Code. The equipment will automatically set up with your program and your results will be automatically tracked on your FedMove account.

Log MOVEs manually, connect to Technogym equipment with Bluetooth/QR Code or sync with other apps such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MyFitnessPal, RunKeeper, Strava and Swimtag.

FUN: join the challenges we create, train and improve your challenge ranking in real time.

BODY MEASUREMENTS: keep track of your measurements (weight, body fat, etc.) and check your progress over time.

A SUPERIOR GYM EXPERIENCE: Use FedMove to easily find fitness classes of your interest and keep your gym program in the app.
