### 3/5 — Helpful but could be much better

*2026-07-22, version 3.2.0*

The biggest issue we found the sync is not consistent. Settings for sync looks like not working properly. Also when screen flips sideways it is not user friendly. Overall not bad, but was expecting better for a paid app

### 4/5 — 4/5

*2026-06-05, version 3.2.0*

This app was a huge help with our first baby and helpful with our second one. Syncing was a little confusing but once I read the instructions the app quickly sync with my husband’s phone. The only complaint with the app is that at times it will switch to my first daughter account and have to switch back to my second. Which can be frustrating.

### 4/5 — Fantastic tracker!

*2026-02-28, version 3.2.0*

This App has really helped track my newborn’s patterns - love it!
Only four stars from me, as it could be improved with a reminder “are you still feeding?” for those of us who forget to hit stop in late night feeds. Also if it let you track Mama’s medicines - so everything is all in one place post delivery.

### 4/5 — Helpful Parenting Tool but has some syncing bugs

*2025-11-26, version 3.2.0*

We used this for our first baby and are using it again with our second. It is such a helpful tool to keep track of dirty diapers, which side I last breastfed from, how much our baby is sleeping, and track growth. My only complaint is that when we added our second baby, the app has failed to sync so my husband and my app have not been able to sync together which is really frustrating. We have both emailed the company several times and have not heard back from them yet. I tried removing and redownloading the app and nothing fixed it so we are currently only tracking on my phone, which is logistically annoying and frustrating. If it could sync or we heard from the app creator on this issue, this would be 5 stars.

### 3/5 — No Widgets

*2025-08-29, version 3.2.0*

I bought the full version of this app because it works on my Apple Watch but they don’t have a widget for neither the watch nor the phone. Hopefully that’s something they can work on!

### 4/5 — Totally Recommend

*2025-08-02, version 3.2.0*

Really like using the app to track all newborn and baby things. Would give 5 stars, but we are not app to get the data to sync with my husband’s phone.

### 3/5 — Exhausting syncing

*2025-06-26, version 3.2.0*

It’s a great app,
Something that isn’t said
Both people need to pay for syncing function
So if you and your partner want everything synced you both need to pay $10.
However you still need to push the sync button within settings. You can have auto sync button on but it never auto syncs or only syncs every 5 hours.
You would think it auto syncs every time you open the app but it doesn’t.
Apples shared note does this perfectly not sure why this app cannot.
Something they need to update or fix.

But all being said it does its job.
Probably not worth $20 tho

### 4/5 — Good so far

*2025-05-08, version 3.2.0*

I’ve tried a few tracking apps over the last fortnight (son is 2wks old today), and so far this is the best one. Still need to play with it some more to decide if I want premium or not, but a promising start.

### 4/5 — Love it

*2025-04-15, version 3.2.0*

Love this app, have used for 2 babies! It works well with Apple Watch. The only thing missing is a night mode so the screen wouldn’t be so bright during night feedings

### 3/5 — Lost all my data

*2025-04-09, version 3.2.0*

I’ve been using this app for 8 months and just this morning my data is gone and everything is reset. I can’t get to app support unless I create a Facebook account (hard pass). Hoping this gets fixed or I will be looking for a different app to use.

### 4/5 — Love it

*2025-04-05, version 3.2.0*

I’ve been using this app for two weeks with my newborn and so far it’s fantastic! I don’t use the journal or sleeps features but maybe when he’s a bit older and on a more structured schedule. Everything else is so easy to use and I love that I can time his feeds!

### 5/5 — Works with Apple Watch!

*2025-03-29, version 3.2.0*

I LOVE that this works with my Apple Watch, so that when it's middle of the night I can check last feeding and start the timer! Very cheap upgrade to for full unlock!

### 5/5 — Great tracker app

*2025-03-24, version 3.2.0*

Perfect tracker app for a newborn baby. Strongly recommend paying for the lifetime upgrade as the syncing function is essential (especially if your partner is tracking the same baby on their phone too) but at £4.99 for a lifetime it’s really not that bad compared to others.
Does what it says on the tin so 5* from me.

### 3/5 — App is great; customer service nonexistent

*2025-03-20, version 3.2.0*

I love all the different things you can track, like breast-feeds, bottle feeds, pumping sessions, baths, baby’s growth, and more. However, whenever I do have a problem, Customer Service literally never gets back to me. They are supposed to respond within 24 hours according to the app, but I followed up with them for three weeks and never got a response. Also, the paid version of the app does not mean that it automatically syncs. It means you can press the manual sync button whenever you want, and this is required for my husband and I to see each other’s data that we’ve input. We both have to press the sync button or it doesn’t show up. i’ve had issues where the baby disappeared and when I added him back, I had two of him and then I had to figure out which one I was supposed to remove and now I can’t update things like his picture. Also was trying to figure out why automatic syncing is not automatic, and both times I never got a response from Customer Service; just had to figure out myself or deal with it the way it is.

### 5/5 — LOVE this app

*2025-03-11, version 3.2.0*

First time mom and this app brings me so much peace! Super easy to use and the info is easily accessible

### 5/5 — Used this with all my babies!

*2025-03-04, version 3.2.0*

I’ve used this tracker with all four of my babies and have loved it especially in the beginning when you’re trying to remember what side you fed on last and how long ago! Definitely recommend!

### 4/5 — Good app, but limitations

*2025-03-01, version 3.2.0*

I think this is great to track and record your newborn progress.

Important thing to note that this app is great if you’re using it for yourself. The ‘sync’ with partner option is very handy if you both want it, but there is a problem in syncing issues if you both want to use it consistently on different devices. However, if you purchase the full upgrade (both me and my partner did) you can use this app with ease on both devices perfectly fine.

All in all is great, with some limitations on the free version.

### 5/5 — Excellent for keeping track of baby needs

*2025-02-28, version 3.2.0*

I first used the contractions app which led me to this one, and it’s been a game changer for letting me know when to feed baby, when I’ve changed baby just a really good app.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Will Not Sync

*2025-12-20, version 3.2.0*

My wife and I both purchased the app and it will not sync our baby on our phones. We have emailed support and reached out on their only support service through Facebook and they will not respond. If you have a baby and are needing a tracking app DO NOT get this one. There is no support.

### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Sync

*2025-12-02, version 3.2.0*

So, the app won’t sync.

No, I’m not talking about the cash grab hard stop of 6 hours before you can sync again… it just doesn’t sync period.

Other parent already hit sync? Shouldn’t be one sync per pair per 6 hours. That makes even less sense… and at least should include, yaknow, syncing the next device no matter when it was added.

And all of this nonsense because they want you to pay for unlimited syncs.

But how am I supposed to justify paying money for unlimited syncs when the free sync doesn’t even work?

Seems like in trying to belligerently make it so difficult that you pay to make it make it work, the app developers have forgotten we have brains.

If you’re a single parent with an Android, perhaps this app is for you.

If not, might as well just leave your baby’s diapers on the floor and write times on them in Sharpie.

### 1/5 — Took away features and put them behind paywall

*2025-02-19, version 3.2.0*

In the middle of a feed, I went to continue on one side (babies love to fidget) and discovered the app had taken a feature away (while in use!) and put it behind a paywall. Poor customer service move, but I’d expect nothing less from an app clearly made by someone or a company outside of a mother-focused space. Im sure all the data is being sold anyway.

Also they really need a dark mode

### 1/5 — Lost data

*2024-06-04, version 3.2.0*

If you want to be able to sync your feeds live between devices, don’t get this app. Even when we paid for the premium subscription one of the apps still wouldn’t sync and there has been no response to questions sent to customer support.

Help page suggested deleting and reinstalling however this lost a days worth of data on our newborn.

### 1/5 — Not worth paying to unlock the app, especially as both parents have to pay.

*2024-03-23, version 3.2.0*

Major regrets paying for the “upgraded and unlocked features including continuous synchronization” the app is not synchronizing despite both parents paying for upgrade. Which also seems silly that both parents have to pay full price despite it being for the same child and to synchronize the same data. That aside, my wife and I both payed to unlock the app completely, yet we still aren’t getting consistent synchronization of data we input. Which is very inconvenient as first time parents trying to get any rest when you can, and taking turns with feeds/diaper changes. Would not recommend paying to upgrade.

### 1/5 — App is trash

*2024-03-23, version 3.2.0*

This app is probably one of the worst I’ve ever used. Starting with the interface, it’s extremely simple, which is an OK feature, but it’s not intuitive at all. The main reason for the one star vote, however, is the fact I am never able to sync the app at night, so I don’t have updated information from my husband and my caregivers. The sync server is always off-line, especially at night, when I need it the most. Do not download this app, you have to manually sync it every time you switch shifts with your partner or caregiver. It’s absolutely the worst.

### 1/5 — Information keeps deleting

*2024-03-14, version 3.2.0*

I’ve had this app since October and loved it until all my hours of logging disappeared not only once but three times recently. I’ve reached out on facebook and no one has gotten back to me in over a month.

### 1/5 — Sync issues for second baby

*2024-02-01, version 3.2.0*

The app is good, but it’s rubbish for syncing. We have a second baby and in the app have had to call it the same as the first to get it to sync. This is pathetic flaw that needs addressing. It has meant the first baby has disappeared from my app, but thankfully is staying on my partners. I’ve messaged you on Facebook, but heard nothing.

### 1/5 — Going to another app now after 9 months of logs GONE!

*2024-02-01, version 3.2.0*

Well I’m finally done. Done with this crappy app and its inconsistency. I’ve now accidentally deleted my child’s profile and all the history for the last almost 9 months. It makes sense why this app is so CHEAP and only a ONE TIME CHARGE. I appreciate the one time charge but truly you get what you pay for with this app! I’m sharing my experience so no one else experiences the lack of assistance, customer service and most of all the app lacking consistency and reliability. I constantly had to toggle between the two profiles which I asked multiple times via support email for assistance in either deleting the wrong profile so I only have to access the one with no response, solution or ANYTHING! Multiple times your syncing wasn’t working(between Apple Watch and iPhone/app) AND the app constantly logged me out of the correct baby. I dealt with the headache until last night when I accidentally deleted the last 9 months of logs. I’m so heartbroken! 😭😭🚨 SINCERELY, your dissatisfied customer no longer. Going to another app now! I have ONE STAR BECAUSE: I will say, it was a great app for at least the first 3-6 months as I don’t recall experiencing too many if any issues. Maybe it’s built to only work properly for the first 6 months cuz they don’t wanna be bothered after that for the price they charge?

### 1/5 — Not free, major features dismantled after 4 weeks

*2024-01-14, version 3.2.0*

In app purchase basically thrust upon, without being transparent (of course converting to that version after getting you to review). Would have been good to know before you start using it. The app itself is ok although could be better around grouping feeds together/summarising and also time since last feed tracking/forecasting next feed.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Anxious free mama

*2026-07-12, version 3.2.0*

Have been loving this app for a first time mum. Just to get into the rhythm of feeding and cluster feeds, making sure baby has done enough wet nappies in a day and making sure they have enough sleep. I’m used to a life of a schedule and new borns don’t run on a schedule so this helps me feel like I have some control over my day and I feel less anxious.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-07-07, version 3.2.0*

Love this app. Used it with all babies. Super easy to use and really handy to keep track

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-05-19, version 3.2.0*

Used this app with my first baby and now with my second, it’s super easy and user friendly!

### 5/5 — Free version

*2026-02-06, version 3.2.0*

Only app I found that works and it free. I’m able to track all baby’s feeding, pumping, and diapers. Would recommend.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-12-22, version 3.2.0*

This is the only way I keep track of feeding. This morning I woke up in a startle after a long hard night with baby and I thought I had missed a feed. Thanks to logging on the app I managed to piece together what happened last night and figure out that I hadn’t missed any feed.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2025-07-04, version 3.2.0*

This app helps me with my second baby. Monitoring his feeding and diaper changes is easy with this app. Thank so much!

### 5/5 — Great for organizing thoughts

*2025-06-11, version 3.2.0*

This has been a life saver in the middle of a new experience of having my first little one. This app has helped me keep track of feeding and many other things I would have lost track of a long time ago.

### 5/5 — Excellent app

*2025-06-11, version 3.2.0*

All in one tracker!! My favorite feature is being able to record feeds from my Apple Watch!

### 5/5 — Useful app

*2025-05-01, version 3.2.0*

Very useful app, helps me a lot when given birth.

### 5/5 — Nothing beats this app

*2025-04-14, version 3.2.0*

8 years later still the best app
