I have used this for about an year, and all of a sudden It kicked me out of ny instagram accounts, and will not let me connect as I keep receiving error messages. It’s been over a month now! Customer support has been unresponsive too!
I would like a refund!

J’utilise l’application depuis deux semaines, j’ai même payé l’abonnement, et depuis je me retrouve systématiquement avec des effacement de contenus, des posts qui s’affichent en gris et qui refusent de s’ouvrir. Vous pouvez imaginer ma déception quand après avoir passé deux heures à créer un contenu d’une dizaine de posts, je me retrouve avec un fil d’actualité complètement grisé que je ne peux pas publier. la messagerie de l’application ne marche pas, et le contact par mail renvoie un message d’erreur. J’aimerais savoir si il y a un moyen de me faire intégralement rembourser cet abonnement que j’ai pris pour un an si c’est pour me retrouver avec une application parfaitement innutilisable et qui me fait perdre du temps.

I’ve been using this app for a while and really liked it. So much that I paid for the year. Then I got kicked out and have been trying to log in for 2 months and can’t. I tried to hit help and it gives me an error message. I would not recommend this app

I really enjoyed using the app while it was functioning properly, but then it started to act up. When I tried logging out and back in to resolve the issue, I encountered a problem reconnecting my Instagram account; I keep getting an error message. I reached out to support for help, but unfortunately, no one ever responded. I paid for an annual membership and was only able to use it for a couple of months, and now I can't even get a refund.
