Takes a long time to pull up user info, app is meant to provide quick real-time feedback but takes too long to do, this defeats the purpose of the app. UI is overly complicated, seems like if all the stakeholders are in the same room, the app should be smart enough to figure it out and queue up the meeting.

Registered and set password.  Met expectations.

Tried logging in, got error saying something was wrong with my account.  Below expectations.

Emailed tech support.  Got automatic reply saying they will look into the problem.  7 days later, account still not working and tech support never followed up.  Below

Since this is the app NxJump is pushing, they should seriously consider how this poorly performing app and tech support reflect on the nxjump reputation.

Can’t recommend either this app or nxjump, based on this performance.

This app works fairly well in a smaller group (say less than 20) where some sort of accountability can be maintained. In any larger group it will fall apart for two reasons. First is the presence of an “activity feed”. This combined with anonymity can quickly lead to chaos as some will choose merely to entertain each other. Second is the ability to up and down vote people’s feedback. Although it makes sense to include this if you think the activity feed has value, it only further strengthens the feedback loop encouraging humor rather than sober feedback. Some may think this is manageable or even that you can educate people away from doing this, the immutability of human nature will always manifest itself in such situations.

I have been emailing customer service for two weeks asking to have my account deleted. Every response says that my request has been received and that it’s being reviewed. Why is it taking so long? Every time I ask for further information, I’m completely ignored. The feedback app was horribly designed and is incredibly dangerous and I would like my account to be deleted.
