## What is Feel Good Crew?

Pushups, situps and squats.
Bite sized, quick, gamified, exercises.

No knowledge required, instruction videos for form included!

**Quick sessions** – made to be quick: scan the floor, start exercising within 30 seconds.
**Personal Trainer Instruction Videos** – ensures you know what to do to have good form
**Social play** – create groups with and help each other stick to it!
**Habit engine** – made to be quick, satisfying, and socially accountable.
**Everyday friendly** – no equipment, no gym; just you and your phone.
**Individual pacing** – individual rep goals grow with your progress.

This version requires a subscription after 7 days trial. After this the games will be locked behind a paywall.
