## What is Feel Trace?

Feel Trace is a quiet companion for noticing what you feel.

Tap a mood, mark its intensity, add a note or a tag — and over time, Feel Trace gently surfaces the patterns in your emotional life. What lifts you, what weighs on you, what keeps returning. Not as a verdict, but as a map you draw yourself, one entry at a time.

Designed for honest self-reflection, not performance. No streaks to break. No badges to chase. Just a calm space to check in with yourself.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Log emotions with intensity, context, and free-form notes
- Tag entries to track recurring themes — work, sleep, relationships, anything you choose
- Set optional focus areas when you want to pay attention to something specific
- Review your history through gentle visual summaries
- Get AI-powered insights that highlight patterns in your entries — only if you choose to enable it

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Your entries belong to you. Everything stays on your device. Feel Trace has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. The optional AI insight feature is off by default and shares only anonymized, aggregated summaries — never your notes or individual entries — with OpenAI. You can turn it off at any time.

WHO IT'S FOR

People who want to understand themselves a little better. Anyone navigating a transition, a heavy season, or simply wanting more clarity about their inner weather. Feel Trace isn't therapy and isn't a medical tool — it's a journal that listens.

A quiet practice. A clearer map. Your emotional life, in your own words.
