## What is Feeling It?

More than a mood.

A good conversation. A difficult afternoon. A day that held a little of everything. Feeling It gives you a wheel of words to explore, definitions to compare, and a private place to keep the moments that make up your days.

A WORD THAT FEELS CLOSER
Start broad, then explore a smaller group of feelings. Read a definition, compare nearby words, and choose what fits. A more precise word gives you something concrete to reflect on, even when you don’t feel like writing much.

KEEP THE MOMENT AROUND IT
Save a feeling, its intensity, and a note. Add up to two more feelings when there’s a mix. Life-context labels help you remember what was happening. With Premium, add reflections, people, places, and calendar events too.

SEE YOUR FEELINGS OVER TIME
Explore the mix of feelings you’ve logged and how it changes over time. Tap a calendar day to revisit its entries. Search your writing or filter by saved details to find a moment again. These are views of your journal, ready for your own reflection.

YOUR PRIVATE JOURNAL
Your journal starts on your iPhone, without a Feeling It account. No ads or cross-app tracking. Optional usage analytics is off by default and never includes journal content. Premium adds optional private journal sync through iCloud.

MORE ROOM. MORE DETAIL. ONE PURCHASE.
Keep up to 7 journal entries free, with the standard feelings wheel, Compare, notes, additional feelings, life context, and journal browsing tools.

Premium unlocks unlimited entries, Expanded emotions on the wheel, reflections, people, places, and calendar events. It also includes optional private iCloud sync, writing supported entries to Apple Health State of Mind, and journal export and restore. One purchase. No subscription.

Make the app comfortable for you with color palettes, words or emoji wheel labels, light or dark appearance, larger text, VoiceOver support, and reduced motion.

Feeling It supports reflection and emotional vocabulary. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, crisis monitoring, or medical advice.

### 5/5 — Your emotions have patterns. This app helps you see them.

*2026-09-12*

Really loving this app! It makes it easy to track how you’re feeling so you can start noticing patterns around what brings up both good and difficult emotions. I love the feelings wheel, the option to use emojis, and being able to add context like who you were with and where you were when you felt a particular emotion to start identifying triggers. I have it set to check in with me every morning and evening so I don’t forget to log. And the ability to share my emotion log with my therapist has been really helpful. Such a thoughtful and useful app for becoming more aware of your emotions!
