## What is Feeling??

Feels is a small app for naming what you're feeling.

A digital take on the feelings wheel — a tool for moving past "good" and "bad" toward more specific words for what's actually happening. Research on affect-labelling (Lieberman, 2007) and alexithymia (Bird et al., 2010) suggests that putting precise words to a feeling helps people understand and process it.
90 feelings across three levels: 6 cores, 30 secondaries, 90 tertiaries.

WHAT IT ISN'T
No accounts. No sign-in. No internet connection required. No third-party advertising. Nothing leaves your phone. Your log lives on your device.
Feels is not a substitute for professional support. It's an emotional-literacy tool — a way to find a more useful word for what you're feeling, and a place to keep a low-friction record over time.
