## What is FeelingPal?

FeelingPal gives children a calm, simple way to express how they're feeling — and gives parents the insight to respond with confidence.

Built for kids ages 5 and up (including children with autism and ADHD), FeelingPal replaces meltdowns with check-ins. Your child picks an emotion, rates the intensity on a volcano scale, and optionally adds words. That's it — three taps, no reading required.
