## What is Feelio App?

The body never lies. It has something to tell you. Shall we listen?
Feelio is a daily practice of returning to yourself through the body. One minute a day, one question or one action that helps you hear what your body is trying to say. A woman's awakening happens through connection with the body, and this app is a beautiful first step toward yourself.
This is not a health tracker or a mood journal. This is an app for women who want to live in contact with themselves: to feel, to notice, to understand their body and through it, their life.
