## What is Feelmo?

Wear Apple Watch to bed. In the morning, use the 0–100 Balance Score to guide your pace.

Feelmo is a self-care app that compares overnight heart-rate variability (HRV) with your usual pattern—not anyone else’s. No daily entry.

▼ Three simple steps
1. Wear your Apple Watch to bed
2. Open Feelmo in the morning
3. Check your score and one of six companions, then consider how to approach the day

A score requires valid sleep and heart-rate records in Apple Health. If compatible data is insufficient, Feelmo does not invent one.

▼ What is Balance Score?
It is Feelmo’s own 0–100 reference based on HRV—the small timing changes between heartbeats. Feelmo generally learns your usual pattern over about two weeks, then compares this morning with your personal range. Timing varies with wear time and available data.
It does not measure health, sleep quality, or the autonomic nervous system itself. Higher or lower is not simply “good” or “bad”; it is a prompt to check in with yourself.

▼ Cycle tracking
Log period dates, flow, symptoms and basal body temperature, and review them in Calendar and Trends. See an estimate of when your next period may start.

▼ Free features
• Balance Score on days with valid records
• Measurement-based “Body Pattern,” kept separate from the “State of Mind” you choose to log
• Period and cycle tracking
• Six guided breathing modes with full-screen character animation
• Today’s and yesterday’s sleep, daylight, steps, hydration, and more
• Weather and air-pressure changes
• Apple Watch app and widgets
• CSV export of your records

▼ Feelmo Premium
• Tomorrow’s Outlook with enough valid records
• Medium- and long-term Balance, HRV, heart-rate, and sleep trends
• Up to one year of detailed history
• Patterns associated with sleep, activity, and other habits
• PDF reports for reflection or conversation
• A heads-up before a large air-pressure drop

Tomorrow’s Outlook uses trends in your past records; it does not guarantee accuracy or a future condition. Habit and pressure patterns show associations, not cause and effect.

▼ Privacy
Health-data analysis and Feelmo records stay on your device and are not automatically sent to Feelmo servers. No account, ads, third-party analytics, or third-party tracking. Apple-service connections and data sharing follow your actions and device settings.

▼ Important health information
Feelmo is a wellness app for everyday self-care, not a medical device. Scores and outlooks are general reference information. They do not directly measure the autonomic nervous system or diagnose, treat, prevent, or medically monitor disease. For health concerns or severe or persistent symptoms, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

▼ Auto-renewable subscriptions
Feelmo Premium has weekly, monthly, and annual plans. Trials and introductory offers apply only when eligible and shown on the purchase screen. That screen shows the actual price, period, and eligibility.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The plan renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Apple Account settings. Any unused free-trial period may be lost when you purchase a subscription.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-05

Added menstrual cycle tracking. Log period dates, flow, symptoms, and basal body temperature, then review your calendar and trends.

Refreshed the full-screen animations for breathing along with a character and the welcome screens for first-time users.

Fixed issues with data display and syncing, and improved stability.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-08-29

Fixed an issue that could leave Balance, sleep, and heart-rate information stuck on “Awaiting data” even when Apple Watch records were available in Apple Health. Feelmo can now recover the most recent valid data and retry when some data is temporarily unavailable. We also improved widget and screen refresh reliability and made minor fixes.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-26

We fixed issues that could affect how widgets appear and update. Feelmo is now more reliable.

Some days may not feel balanced, and that’s okay. Feelmo stays beside you.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-21

A gentler Feelmo.

We wanted this to be a place that sits beside you, not one that pushes you toward better numbers. With that in mind, we looked again at everything since v1.0.1 — iPhone, Apple Watch, and widgets.

• Home, Trends, and Wellness now show how you are at a glance
• Five tabs became four, so what you need is easier to reach
• Breathing opens full screen straight from Home, for the moment you notice you need it
• Apple Watch gives Balance, sleep, HRV, and breathing their own pages, at your pace
• New widgets stay quietly beside you on the days you never open the app
• Six companions and softer colors, now consistent throughout
• Notifications arrive only when they help, guided by Balance, HRV, and sleep (pressure heads-up is Premium)
• All six breathing guides refined, with plain explanations of Balance, HRV, stress, and pressure
• Countless small touches, made kinder

Some days will not balance. That is alright. Feelmo stays beside you.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-05

We refined several screens, fixed bugs, and improved performance and stability throughout Feelmo.
We’ll continue polishing the experience so each daily check-in feels calm, clear, and dependable.
